My mission is simple: combat biblical illiteracy by providing clear, relatable teachings through podcasts like Journey Thru the Bible and Footsteps of the Messiah. I guide listeners through a chronological study of the Bible, offering practical insights that help them apply biblical truths in their day-to-day lives. These teachings are designed to do more than inform—they aim to transform lives by equipping believers with a deeper understanding of their faith.
Training at ADRN: Equipping for Crisis
Teaching at Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN) is where I combine knowledge with action. I’ve had the privilege of training volunteers and leaders in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), and the FEMA Incident Command System (ICS). These aren’t just technical courses—they’re designed to empower people to lead with confidence during high-pressure situations. I focus on equipping learners with the skills they need to serve others during some of the most challenging moments of their lives, ensuring they are mentally and spiritually prepared to respond to crises.
